Ingredients

  • 2 cups pitted black dried Greek-style olives
  • 1 heaping teaspoon Herbes de Provence
  • 3 tablespoons honey

Preparation

In a large mortar with pestle, crush and blend the ingredients into a paste.

Serve on toast or crackers.
