Bake, Eat, Repeat: Fruit Pies with Four Recipes
A couple hours in advance, mix the dried blueberries with juice or water and set on counter. Then, drain liquid from berries. In a large bowl, combine dried berries with the fresh berries. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cornstarch, then stir in liquid. Pour sugar mixture over berries, stirring to coat evenly. Pour into pie shell.
