Spicy Sticky Blues with Yogurt

The crunch of a thin almond cookie or oat biscuit would be a perfect addition to this fruit treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper pinch of salt
  • 3 cups blueberries
  • ½ pound Greek yogurt

Preparation

In a medium saucepan, heat maple syrup and water with pepper and salt. Bring to a boil and then pour over the berries, tossing to coat. Allow to cool and then spoon over yogurt.
