Ingredients
- 1 cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup water
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper pinch of salt
- 3 cups blueberries
- ½ pound Greek yogurt
Preparation
In a medium saucepan, heat maple syrup and water with pepper and salt. Bring to a boil and then pour over the berries, tossing to coat. Allow to cool and then spoon over yogurt.
