Ingredients
- 1 bunch Swiss chard
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup chopped red tomato
- 1⁄4 cup virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Clean and chop chard into 1-inch pieces. Heat olive oil in a saucepan or medium-sized pot then add onion and Swiss chard. Cook on medium heat on the stovetop for 10 minutes. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste, a small amount of water, and cook until tender, about 10 more minutes.
