Ingredients
- ¼ cup water
- 10–12 medium apples, cored
- 3 cinnamon sticks
Preparation
Put water in the bottom of the Instant Pot liner. Add apples then top with cinnamon sticks. Lock the lid into place and set toggle to sealing. Set manual/pressure cook to 8 minutes. Allow for a 15-minute natural pressure release. Open lid and remove cinnamon sticks. Use immersion blender to blend to the consistency you like. Stores well for up to 7 days in a refrigerator.
