Green grass, blossoming fruit trees and the return of the farmers’ markets? Yes indeed, it’s spring in Northern Michigan! Fresh and local is on its way; forgo the imports now and feast on the bounty that our own seasons provide us. Here’s a list of some of the foods you’ll be finding when shopping at your local farmers’ market—but keep an eye out, you might find even more!
