Simple Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400°.

Trim ends of sprouts and outer leaves as needed. Cut in half lengthwise. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Place cut side down on a baking sheet. Roast for 15–20 minutes.
