Ingredients
- ½ pound dandelion greens
- 1 cup sunflower sprouts
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon umeboshi paste
- 1 tablespoon oil
Preparation
Tear up dandelion greens and rinse sunflower sprouts. Mash garlic with lemon juice, plum paste and oil. Add dressing to greens and toss together.
