Marie Viljoen is a forager, gardener and cook living in Brooklyn, New York. Her wild foods cookbook will be published by Chelsea Green in spring 2018. Her first book, 66 Square Feet—A Delicious Life is the story of one woman’s quest to find beauty in New York City.
