Ingredients

  • raw sugar cube
  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • lemon peel
  • 2 ounces rye whiskey

Preparation

In a mixing glass muddle sugar cube, bitters and lemon peel. Add whiskey and ice. Stir. Strain onto new ice and garnish with a fresh lemon peel.
