Ingredients

  • 5 salt-cured anchovies in olive oil (the equivalent of 1 tablespoon anchovy paste)
  • 2 tablespoons sweet butter
  • 3 tablespoons crystalized honey

Preparation

Mince and mash the anchovies, blend coarsely with the butter and honey with a fork or wooden spoon.

Try this on bread, but also consider it atop a grilled steak or lamb chop.
